Companies need to understand that it's not like customers don't have a life. When we need something done, most of the time we have to make arrangements to either take off work or miss important meetings to have it done."

"My house was under contract to be sold. During the house inspection the inspector said the emergency heat function was not working. Lemar worked hard to determine if it was working or not and even sought a second opinion from a colleague. They both agreed it was working. Lemar took pictures of his tests and wrote his explanation on the receipt. I was able to send my realtor the pictures and Lemar's explanation. Lemar was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the issue."

"My system is just of a year old. Stevenson installed everything brand new, wiring, ducts, furnace , ac unit. Everything was done in a prompt manner and that I was satisfied about. Problem is I spent 15k to have it installed but I haven't with 6 months without something going wrong in the year and a half that I've had it. Had wiring issues from install, then ac Problem. That was fixed but then some settings on ac unit were changed which caused my unit to completely frost up in 55 degree weather. Now this spring we are back to my ac unit not working. Techs seem great and are always pleasant. I just won't my system to work the way it should being brand new. Then I'll be happy again"

They quickly identified that our system was still incomplete, determined the fix, and resolved our issue. They were both professional and personal, keeping us abreast of the process. "I ended up having to pay $99 for a service call as i asked for an estimate on a water commander backup sump. The estimate was $6800. You need to warn people of the price of your water powered backup sump before sending someone out to give an estimate that you know is outrageous. FYI - ours is as simple as it gets, unfinished basement, water shutoff 10 feet from sump completely exposed. Tech told me that is b.c of codes so you have to know that going in. Tech was fine BTW i blame your office staff and your business model. You made $99 but lost any possible future business."

"To qualify my rating let me say, I am/was extremely happy with Cody. He is the first technician that I have seen on more than one service call or annual system check, and the first that really gave me any confidence he knew what the issue(s) were. Previously someone new to servicing my system was assigned for every service call or service check, and basically lacked any assurance that what they did fixed the issue. So I am not a fan of Stevenson/Service Experts any longer, and am extremely disappointed in the apparent quality of my system and diagnosis by techs of the issues. I believe my heat pump at least is a 'lemon' and possibly some of the components of the air handler/heat, as well as disappointed in managements reluctance to fix the problem/ultimately replace the unit. My heat pump has been problematic since almost the very beginning, which continued through the entire warranty period and should be well documented in your records. I have discussed this with management previously and am not satisfied with the response. As a result, I do not plan to do business with Stevenson in the future, especially when I am expected to most likely replace a system that has been defective since the get-go."
